  • Engineering for a national FM broadcasting station
  • Feasibility studies to improve the efficiency of FM and TV spectrum use in Fiji – This work required a complete re-organisation of the FM spectrum to eliminate significant interference between different service operators.
  • TV channel plan reorganisation – To allow the introduction of one additional VHF analogue TV service and identify UHF spectrum that could be used to introduce a terrestrial TV platform.
  • RF planning associated with the introduction of a Digital TV service in Suva, Fiji – RF design and coverage analysis for the DTV service to operate from the Nakobalevu transmission site
  • Provided engineering support for the roll-out of the DTV platform.
  • RF design and coverage analysis for major Transmission sites servicing the main population centres of Fiji.
  • Assisted Fiji’s Department of Communications with spectrum management planning.
  • Deployment of multiple microwave systems across both Viti Levu and Vanua Levu
  • Tower condition analysis and reporting

Niue

  • Provided Government of Niue with Police land-mobile radio communications
  • Provided RF Coverage Analysis to Telecom Niue for 4G cellular network upgrade on Niue – 4 additional cellsites were considered and Telecom Niue wanted confidence in their efficacy before purchasing the 4G equipment.
  • Upgrade of Broadcasting Corporation of Niue radio automation hardware and software (AudioVault).
  • Responded to support a number of national communications services.

  • Transmission equipment support for a national FM broadcasting station
  • Site-Tower construction & Technical Equipment Integrators for a national Cellular Network rollout

Solomon Islands

  • Site-Tower construction & Technical Equipment Integrators for a national Cellular Network rollout

Tonga

  • FM station installations in Haapai, Vavau
  • FM network extension of coverage in Nukualofa, Tongatapu
  • Responded to a major tender for the Digitisation of TV service in Tongatapu – deferred by Covid.
